He has 25 years’ experience handling product liability, toxic tort, and insurance defense cases. He has been a member of trial teams in Florida, Georgia, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, and has taken multiple cases to verdict. He has served as national counsel for manufacturers, retailers, and distributors. While in Georgia, he served as in-house trial counsel for a major insurance carrier. Mr. Crist has successfully handled cases for Fortune 500 companies that manufactured and sold automobiles, forklifts, pharmaceuticals, and other products.
